Kris Delmhorst and Jeffrey Foucault - December 6, 2017

SOLD OUT before we formally announced the show

We will maintain a waiting list

When the Three Springs Barn concert series was born, we had a very short list of "most wanted" artists. Kris Delmhorst is the last of the artists on that original list, and oh was the wait worth it. Kris is touring her new album, The Wild, supported by a full-band including her husband (and perennial barn favorite) Jeffrey Foucault. It's going to be quite a night. With six full-length albums on the Signature Sounds label, a handful of EPs, and appearances on over 75 albums, Kris has traveled the path of a hard-working musician. As stated on her website, "Twenty years into a career, thirteen into marriage, nine years into motherhood, [she] has gained access to new floors in the tower of song. Far up the winding stair from kids writing journal entries about trying out love, she takes aim at the bones of life, our connection to each other and to the world." If you're new to Kris' music, check out All The Way Around and Magnolia, both from her new album. It's worth mentioning that Jeff Foucault will also be singing some new songs during this show. Prepare for a magical night as Kris and Jeff alternate sets and both sing on each other's songs, all supported by a wonderful cast of musicians. If the barn burns down after this show, we'll sleep easy because we'll have set a new high-water mark. But let's not tempt fate, instead let's feature one more song with Kris and Jeff, aptly titled, If This Ain't Heaven.

We're asking $25 for this show; bring cash to pay at the door. As always, BYOB for the communal washtubs and a snack to share if you'd like. Doors open at 7 for this show, with music to begin at 7:30. To add your name to the wait-list email us at Three Springs Barn. For those of you coming, we're glad you'll be able to enjoy this fantastic evening with us.
